At Khilonewale, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering quality toys and games. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You may request a return under the following conditions:
The item is incorrect.
You initiate the return within 2 days of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items that are used or damaged after delivery
Products bought on sale or under special offers
Electronic toys that have been opened or used
Customized or personalized products
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Email us at support@raftoys.in within 2 days of receiving your order.
Include your Order ID, the reason for return, and video of opening parcel (if the product is incorrect).
Once approved, we will provide instructions for return pickup or courier.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, bank transfer).
We only replace items if they are sent incorrect.
If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@raftoys.in.
If the return is due to an error on our part incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping.
If the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind, ordered by mistake), product will be non returnable.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. In such cases, please proceed with a return after delivery.
